Bantam Cochin
Bantam Cochins are fluffy, loveable, sweet, and gentle chickens that make great mothers and family birds. They all have their own unique personalities. Bantam Cochins love to go broody and be mothers. They will gladly hatch their own chicks or be foster moms. Bantam Cochins will lay around 150-200 small brown eggs per year. They are cold-hardy because of their dense feathers but it is critical that they stay dry or they will be very susceptible to frostbite.
